Flovoo is a business messaging and customer communications platform designed for SMBs in the MENA region. Flovoo consolidates conversations from WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, SMS, Live Chat, and other channels into a single shared inbox.

Flovoo is operated by Flovoo Technologies W.L.L., a company registered in the State of Qatar.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Registration Data

• Full name, work email address, and password
• Company name, business type, and team size
• Phone number and country
• Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)

2.2 Usage & Platform Data

• IP address, browser type, device information
• Pages visited and timestamps
• Feature usage and team activity
• Performance and error reporting information

2.3 Customer Conversation & Contact Data

Flovoo acts as a data processor on behalf of customers. Conversations, contact records, tags, and messages belong to our customers and are processed solely to provide the service.

2.4 Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Flovoo does not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment card details.

2.5 Communications Data

If you contact our support team, we may retain communications to provide assistance and improve our services.

Flovoo is headquartered in Qatar. Data may be processed and stored in the United States and/or the European Union through our cloud service providers.

Appropriate safeguards including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are implemented where applicable.

After retention periods expire, information is securely deleted or anonymized.
